A day at Ashiana Special School
The innerself is blind to the sufferings of others . Hectic schedules of day to day life doesn’t bother for the needy. At times we listen, speak and think about many things good. This gave space for philanthropic works too. The trip to Ashiana Special School Starts with this- ‘Kind’ thougt. The school students of Ashiana lifted the veil of the visitors. The School consists of 25 students and is owned by Mrs. Susy Jacob assisted by 3 teachers. The Panchayath President Mrs. Shyla and Standing Committee Chairman Mr. Varkey Kurian presided over the function. The excitement and enjoyment of the students erased the limitations of others life and mind. The school situated at the center of Pallikkara village provides all facilities for their mental development and other interests. The students there are good in sports and arts who stands unique among their co-beings. 50 students and 4 teachers of MBA Department, ASIET spend their time whole heartedly, entertaining with games and cultural programmes. Not just the chocolates and lunch that has been provided but a hand full of gifts that includes books, toys, stationaries, sports materials, dresses, umbrellas, other stockings and a heart full of love. Tears dropped as we bid adieu to them, as we will miss their true love and innocence thereafter. The day provided with a best experience with those special ones will remain special forever.
