The PG programme in Power Electronics and Power Systems has been started in the year 2012 with an intake of 24 students. The duration of this course is 2 years(4 semesters).  Highly qualified faculties and skilled supporting staff are the strength of this department.  The PG lab includes a well equipped software simulation lab and a power electronics lab. The department office and most of the laboratories are well connected by the institute LAN linking with all other departments and the internet world outside.
