Apart from their subjects, students are actively involved in various extra-curricular activities which are co-ordinated by the electrical association ‘ENLYTUS’ . Various technical and cultural activities are organized by ENLYTUS every year. Their activities involves association inauguration, organizing technical talks, exhibitions and short term workshops.
The association conducts seminars and talks by eminent personalities in the industrial and academic society. Industrial visits are also organized to give a practical exposure to the studentsOur chapter of IEEE is considered to be one of the best and active groups among those in the state. We frequently conduct workshops and training sessions aiming at enhancing their technical competency and providing a gateway to the future technologies.
A unit of NSS has been setup in the college to inculcate thoughts on social welfare in the students mind and to transform them into socially committed proffessionals keeping humanitarian values in their life. The unit is periodically arranging blood donation camps, social awareness programs, charity programs and other public welfare activities
