| Participants should bring their ID Cards. | |
| Registration form fully filled should reach us on o before 5th September 2003. | |
| Every participant attending the event must produce a letter id authorization from the Head of the Department/Principal at the time of reporting. | |
| Participants should report 1hour before the commencement of the particular event. | |
| Transportation to and from the railway station/bus stand (Angamaly) will be provided if requested in advance. | |
| Registration fee Rs. 50/- per head. | |
| Accommodation and food will be provided. | |
| The decision of judges will be final. | |
| Prelims will be conducted as per the requirement. | |
| Organizers reserves the right to cancel any event if there are insufficient number of participants. | |
