Short Term Course on HUMAN RESOURSE DEVELOPMENT Three day workshop on human resource development for teachers of engineering colleges was conducted by the college from 25th-27th march 2004,in collaboration with Indian heritage academy, Bangalore.It was led by Dr.N S Ramaswamy, Founder Director, IIM, Bangalore and Prof M S Pillai. Faculty members from near by Engineering colleges were invited to participate in the two-day workshop on Teaching Methodology. About 12 teachers from nearby colleges and 28 teachers from this institution participated in the seminar. Cerificates are issued by Indian Heritage Academy. One Day Worksop on BUSSINESS INTELLIGENCE & ADVANCED COMPUTING One-day seminar on business intelligence and advanced computing technology conducted in collaboration with M/S Bluestar Infotech and M/s Bigants on 9th September 2004. This workshop discussed the benifits that can be obtained from Bussiness Intelligence and focused on Architecture options, Technology & Methodology to build Data Warehousing Solution. This workshop gave a good mix of Technical awareness & handson experience on the use of Bussiness Intelligence in an enterprise.
